parts.
The table below contains the number of POIs in each sector and coordinates of its
upper-left corner. For example sector D3 spans horizontally between 112.41W and 108.38W
and vertically between 45.23N and 43.15N.
Each database also contains location of 1000 biggest cities from all states.
