GPS/J is very useful while driving a car. You don't need to have several devices (and recharging cables) for different purposes, just use your mobile phone to navigate to a hotel or reach any other distant location by car.

- see the nearby cities (POI databases for the whole world available)
- download via GPRS an exact, raster map of the neighbourhood (zooming
available)
- share your route with others to indicate a shortcut road or just the way
for your guests.
