The list below contains devices we believe can run GPS/J. Many of them were tested, some JSR82 devices may be missing.
As there are many firmware versions for each one,
install the Trial to verify if your device is supported!

Some comments on particular groups.
Motorola: lack of scalable fonts, in most cases limited midlet memory (only small maps fit in).
Nokia: some Series 40 devices do not have JSR75 (no export), limited midlet memory, 128kB JAR size limit.
SonyEricsson: problems with NemeriX, Altina GBT708 and Evermore BT GPS receivers, a dedicated screen backlight setting to work around a bug (connection lost when backlight flashes off), some devices require the
digital signature to work with other Bluetooth devices (eg. GPS receivers).
