Activation key for a map is used up
There is no limit for downloading a map from a GPS/J instance. But, if you reinstall the application, it will get a new serial number. Contact our tech support team and ask them to clear the S/N on your key!

How to download a map?
Navigate to Menu>Map>Options>Manage Maps>Download, enter the activation key for the map and click the Download button.

Not enough space for the map.
If it is Nokia S40 or a Motorola device, in most cases there is no way to store anything bigger than ca 450kB. On other hardware try to clean up some space, remove unneeded games from the Java environment.

Downloaded map isn't shown
Restart the application! If it doesn’t work, delete the map and download it again. If you still don’t see the map, delete all maps by Remove all option to clear the map memory (Menu>Map>Options>Manage maps>Remove all). Then download maps once again starting from this causing problems.

Map download from the WAP site crashes.

During map download loadMap-IOE exception is raised.
Check that you selected the right access point for GPS/J connectivity to the Internet. Restart the application and download the map again.
If it still doesn’t work try to download it once again later.

What to do with a KERN_EXEC?
Frankly speaking? - nothing. If there is a problem with OS or any other firmware, we cannot help. Midlet environment is called a sand box, if its operations end in a KERN-EXEC, it means device vendor is to be blamed. Maybe firmware change would help...
